Rugged’s returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased on www.rugged.com for any reason within the specified return/exchange period of 15 days from the date of receiving the item.
We kindly ask that you do not use the product and that you preserve its original condition, including all tags and packaging. Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted if the RFID tag is removed. Please do not break the seal, as products with broken seals cannot be returned or exchanged. You are welcome to try on the product, but please take adequate care to maintain its original condition, tags, and packaging.
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you encounter any defects, we'll gladly refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags and packaging within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or an exchange
If you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process listed below.
- Write an email to help@the-rugged.com
- Give the details of your purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address for the return initiated.
- Reverse pick-up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is unavailable.
- A maximum amount of Rs.100 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund in 10 working days It may depend on the payment gateway as well
- You can then place a fresh order
- Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We will arrange for a return/exchange and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Rugged will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
- We will initiate the delivery of materials only after the amount gets credited to our bank account
- You can return either a complete order or some items from the same order.
- Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address: Rugged, Nisarga Nilaya, 2nd stage, 3rd cross, Ashoka Nagar, Shivamogga-577205. Please mention the return ID on the packet.
- Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
- Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
- Rugged has the right to change/edit/revise the return and Exchange Policies at any point in time
- Please note: Customers can initiate a return or exchange for a specific issue only once. Subsequent requests for the same issue will not be processed.
